WooHoo!!!! Well today I went to my very first seminar with Stampin Up.  The Melbourne Regional Seminar at the Convention Centre.  I am in absolute awe of the talent and scope of so many wonderful creative people.  The lectures were great and we learnt how to make the ornament that features on the cover of the new holiday catalogue! I think I'm a fan of Sophie Zadeh!  My head is still reeling with the amount of ideas, tips and information on display today.  Just to browse the sample boards and to see the different cards and craft objects everyone shared.  No one piece was alike and every item was beautiful.  Thank you so much for such a terrific event which allowed us all to share our passion.  As I write this blog I am planning my next project (after I order some important new items from the new catalogue.)  I cant wait

The tri-shutter card

This card was made for a friend of my mother. The papers are really subtle and pretty. I don't think my photos do the card justice. This tri-shutter card is excellent for special occasions. What are your thoughts?

It takes many kinds of people to make up the world.  This provides the spice and variety that makes life interesting. I have found a love of paper and the many things you can make and do with this medium.  Life is never boring, but I now colour my life as I wish and fill it with ephemeral creations that bring a smile to the day.
I hope to share my love of paper craft and encourage you to visit and enjoy my interests. You never know, I may make you smile or inspire you to create something beautiful as well. I invite you to respond to my blog and take some time to explore your creativity.
